Local author Amanda Adam, the brilliant mind behind the Saelfen trilogy, is set to launch the much-awaited second installment titled Merewif: Rise of the Valkyrie. The book takes readers on a thrilling journey as Madge discovers Lilith’s plan to bring her demonic armies into the world. In an effort to stop her, Madge must call upon the help of a dangerous behemoth from the deep, risking everything in the process.

Amanda Adam’s debut novel, Merewif, the Mermaid Witch, was published in July 2021, and is the first of a trilogy. Since inception it has ranked in the top 100 for its categories on Amazon’s Kindle, under Young Adult Mermaid Ebooks, and Young Adult Mermaid Fiction. Mrs. Adam wrote Merewif with the desire to create a cosplay worthy Mermaid story that fans of all ages could dive into; filling a void in the genre that she hopes to fill. The highly anticipated Book 2 of the Saelfen Trilogy comes out in May of this year, and is titled Merewif, Rise of the Valkyrie.
